Working week and hours: Monday to Friday 12:00-21:00 (1 hour break during the shift)

 

We are looking for top-performing Customer Relations Agents with B2B and B2C experience to build and maintain client relationships. You will manage a portfolio of clients primarily over the phone, driving revenue, retention, and long-term business growth. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the financial markets, sales-driven, and a natural problem-solver.

 

What You’ll Do

• Be the lead point of contact for your accounts and clients
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships and trust with key clients
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives
• Respond quickly to client requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Meet and exceed daily retention and sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience

 

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (verbal and written)
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for this telephone-based role
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure
• Customer-focused, accommodating, and able to solve problems creatively
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field advantageous
• EU passport holders or Portuguese resident permit holders may apply
